• Saturday - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

• Sundays & Holidays - Closed

Boarding Pick-Up and Drop-Off Appointments:

• Monday through Sunday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

• We are closed to all pick up and drop off appointments on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day

Emergencies:

Please text us at 780-288-8231 with a brief description of your emergency, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Please note that we will only respond to emergency situations outside of our regular office hours.
